About Reservation Opportunities
MouseFoodie.com gives you an opportunity to get the Disney World reservations you want. However, we can not guarantee that you will get a reservation. We can only give you a better chance to get one. You still must access Disney's reservation system and secure the reservation for yourself.
Reservation Availability
MouseFoodie.com makes every effort to make sure the dates and times you select align to what is available within the Disney reservation system. For example, we try to block out dates that are known not be open for selection within the Disney reservation system. However, you should make sure the dates and times you select are actually available. We suggest looking at the Disney reservation system to make sure each of your desired dates and times are available for selection before selecting it on MouseFoodie.com.
Notifications
We ask for your phone number for all orders. If the number you provide is a U.S. mobile phone number we will send you a text as long as you also select your Mobile Carrier. We currently do not support international texting.
Even if you don’t use an applicable mobile phone number, we will still send you a text regardless to the email you provide. If you will be receiving only email notifications, we strongly suggest that you make sure your email address can accept emails from us and that you use an email that can be set to notify you immediately upon receipt. I.e. an email that can “Auto” sync upon receipt and be set to ping you instantly. This will increase your chance of getting to a hard to get reservations ASAP.
Hours of Operation
You could receive a notification of a reservation opportunity at any time during MouseFoodie.com’s hours of operation. We cannot control when Disney World may have certain reservations available and some of the harder to get reservations could possibly be provided at either early (ex. 6:00AM EST) or late (ex. 11:30PM EST) hours or anywhere in between.
Fees
The fee that you pay is for the time and effort MouseFoodie.com must make to try to find your desired reservation opportunity and send you notifications. When you pay by credit/debit card, payments will be shown on your statement under the name Tyroppi.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the service MouseFoodie.com provides, i.e. offering great chances to find reservations at a reasonable price , we don’t offer refunds.
